First of all, it is important to understand that processing times are not included in shipping times and are added to them.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will be notified again when your order has been shipped.

However, delivery times may be delayed due to high order volumes, carrier strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.

We offer a flat rate of €0 or €8.99 for shipments to France.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided that the item has not been used and remains in its original condition. We will refund the full amount of the order, excluding return shipping costs.
